Relabel simulates how evaluations can change with circumstances. Generated dialogue is hypothetical, may invent details, and does not establish anyone's real motives or character. The service is not medical advice, psychotherapy, or legal advice.

Relabel is operated by the Relabel team. Google sign-in identifies your credit account. New accounts receive 10 free generations with sign-up (one-time grant of 10 free credits), which have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Credit packs are one-time USD purchases, not subscriptions or automatic top-ups. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Applicable taxes and the total appear at checkout. Credits are granted after a verified payment notification; delivery can be delayed. If charged but not credited, contact support rather than paying again.

Paid credits expire 12 calendar months after payment confirmation; the exact expiry is displayed in your account. Existing balances from before this policy are not retroactively given a new expiry. Each successful AI generation costs 1 credit. Free credits are used first, then paid credits by earliest expiry. Browsing and image export do not consume credits. Failed server generations return reserved credits; interrupted reservations may require recovery rather than an immediate refund. A completed result that does not match your preferences still counts as a generation.

For unused paid credits, refund requests must be sent within 7 calendar days of payment. Used credits are not refundable under the ordinary refund policy. See /refund for proportional calculation, exceptions and statutory rights. Material future changes will not retroactively reduce the terms of existing purchases.
