Workbench Sessions & Local Processing
Active conversations are held in client-side page memory and browser session storage. You can clear local session data at any time by resetting the workbench or clearing your browser storage.
External AI Processing & Boundaries
Custom simulations transmit user input, future conditions, and prior context via encrypted API connections to upstream AI model providers (DeepSeek / OpenAI) to generate reframed perspectives. Upstream data retention and enterprise model usage are governed by each provider's enterprise API terms. This service has not undergone independent third-party privacy certification. Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or identifying personal information into the simulator.
Billing Records & Legal Accounting Retention
When you sign in with Google or purchase credit packs, our Cloudflare D1 database stores your account identifier (stable Google provider ID), credit balance, transaction ledgers, Creem payment references, order amounts, and currencies. This data is strictly used for credit accounting, order fulfillment, anti-fraud verification, and refund reconciliation. In accordance with applicable financial, accounting, and tax compliance requirements, ledger transactions are retained for statutory audit periods. The billing database never stores your simulation inputs or generated text.
User Rights & Account Deletion Requests
You have the right to inspect your credit balance and transaction history at any time. You may request account closure and removal of associated non-statutory personal data by emailing support@relabel.me from your registered Google email address. We will verify and process eligible requests in accordance with applicable legal and financial record-keeping requirements.
Image Export & Sharing
PNG image export is rendered entirely client-side inside your browser via Canvas rendering. Exporting or saving images does not post to external servers or social media platforms. Always review generated dialogues for any sensitive details before publishing.

Relabel is an automated perspective reframing tool and is not a medical, psychiatric, or healthcare service. It does not provide psychological diagnosis or clinical therapy.
